Everything you need to know about how, when, and where we deliver your order — across all of the Netherlands.
Delivery Areas
Exotic Store currently delivers to all postal codes within the Netherlands (Nederland). We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days. Express delivery: 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 13:00 on a business day are processed the same day.
Free Shipping
All orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping. No coupon needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping: €4.95. Express shipping: €9.95. Free when order subtotal exceeds €50.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Orders can also be tracked via your Exotic Store account.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, our carrier will leave a notice. You may collect the parcel from the designated pick-up point or schedule a new delivery. After 7 days uncollected parcels are returned to us.
